Job summary

Circle Health Group's The Highfield Hospital in Rochdale is seeking a Patient Administrator to support clinic preparation and front-line patient administration across the patient journey. This 25-hour-per-week permanent role requires flexibility.

You will manage bookings, handle mail, maintain Health and Safety knowledge, and ensure timely responses to patient queries while following best-practice maps. GCSE maths/English and PC literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Maths and English GCSE at grades A–C or equivalent.
• Proficient with a PC and hospital systems.
• Previous administration experience in private healthcare is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the smooth running of patient administration throughout the patient journey.
• Follow Circle Health Group best practice process maps to provide a standard service.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and professionally.
• Approve electronic bookings and update bookings by email.
• Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act and apply related measures.
• Comply with mandatory training requirements.
