Job summary

Circle Health Group’s Bath Clinic is recruiting a Patient Administrator to join the Administration department. This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week and offers a permanent position with a salary around £26,265 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey.
• Ensure best practice process maps are followed to provide an efficient, professional service to patients, visitors, consultants and staff.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and approve electronic bookings.
• Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act and ensure appropriate measures are taken for patients, relatives, visitors, staff and contractors.
