Are you an organised, proactive PA looking for a flexible part‑time role within a genuinely friendly, down‑to‑earth team? We’re looking for a talented Personal Assistant to support our clients Managing Director and Operations Manager in a growing educational organisation.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly, with responsibilities including:

  • Traditional PA support — diary management, scheduling, travel coordination and inbox organisation
  • Light accounting tasks such as raising invoices and processing basic financial admin
  • Supporting social media activity and creating engaging PowerPoint presentations
  • Assisting with a range of project‑based work to support business operations
  • Providing dependable support to senior leadership in both virtual and occasional office settings
What we’re looking for
  • Previous PA/EA experience, ideally supporting senior leaders
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Confidence with invoicing, Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and social media platforms
  • Someone who is proactive, friendly and comfortable working as part of a warm, collaborative team
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional weekly office attendance
