Job summary

Lanes Group Ltd is recruiting a part-time out-of-hours scheduler to support the United Utilities contract at our Warrington site. The role, 24 hours per week, involves a 5 week rota with potential weekday, bank holiday, or weekend hours.

You will handle customer calls, provide information, and coordinate with in-house teams. Flexibility is essential, with duties across scheduling, IT systems, and inter-department handovers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contacting customers via telephone and email, providing them with information
• Providing customers and colleagues with accurate information
• Navigating our in-house software, updating internal systems
• Handing over of works to other departments, efficiently
• Deal with customer complaints, resolving in a timely manner
• Liaising with internal departments and field-based teams
