Qualifications

• A fully qualified optometrist registered with the GOC.
• A registered performer with your NHS area team or health board.
• MECs or WECs accredited (or willing to gain accreditation within 12 months).
• On track to meet the statutory points requirement for CPD.
• Able to use skills and passion for the role to deliver a memorable customer experience.
• Passionate about developing new patient services.

Responsibilities

• Completing eye examinations, contact lens and extended service examinations.
• Supporting colleagues with training, coaching and maintaining departmental standards.
• Delivering a wide range across eye conditions and supporting additional accreditations.
