Job summary

phs Group in Camberwell is seeking a part-time Operations Co-ordinator to co-ordinate service routes and brief/debrief drivers, ensuring smooth operations in the centre. The role involves acting as the link between drivers and the Operations & Service Manager, and supporting delivery and customer service across shifts.

The ideal candidate will handle driver communications, route planning and real-time issue resolution, with a strong focus on service quality and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating service routes and briefing drivers.
• Ability to answer calls from drivers, clients and head office.
• Link between drivers and Operations & Service Manager.
• Ensure work is distributed to staff and meets KPIs.
• Prepare data for briefing sessions for drivers.
• Suggest improvements to ways of working in the Operations Centre.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service routes and brief/debrief drivers to enhance delivery and customer service.
• Answer calls from service drivers, clients and Head office regarding site service.
• Act as a link between the Service Drivers and the Operations Manager & Service Manager.
• Distribute work to available employees and ensure KPI-compliant completion.
• Prepare data for briefing/debriefing sessions for service drivers.
• Propose improvements to workflows and relay to the Operations Centre Manager.
