Job summary

phs Group plc is hiring an Operations Administrator to keep the Operations Centre running smoothly. You will coordinate service routes and brief drivers, act as a liaison between drivers and management, and ensure tasks align with KPIs and timelines.

You will handle calls from drivers and clients, support data preparation for briefings, and work to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service routes and brief/debrief drivers to improve delivery and customer service.
• Answer calls from service drivers, clients and Head Office regarding site service.
• Act as a link between Service Drivers and the Operations & Service Manager.
• Ensure work is distributed to available staff and completed to KPIs within timeframes.
• Prepare data for and conduct briefing/debrief sessions for drivers.
• Suggest improvements to ways of working and relay to Operations Centre Manager.
• Monitor service and delivery progress and resolve issues to enhance customer service.
