Qualifications

• Coordinate service routes and brief/debrief drivers to enhance delivery and customer service.
• Answer calls from service drivers, clients and Head Office regarding site service.
• Act as a link between the Service Drivers and the Operations & Service Manager.
• Ensure that work is distributed to available employees and completed in accordance with KPIs and deadlines.
• Prepare data for briefing and debrief sessions for service drivers.
• Suggest improvements to ways of working and relay to the Operations Centre Manager.
• Be a versatile and creative thinker who monitors service and delivery progress and helps resolve issues.

Responsibilities
