Job summary

phs Group Ltd. is seeking an Operations Co-ordinator (Part-time) in Camberwell to manage service routes and coordinate drivers to enhance delivery and customer service within the Operations Centre.

The role involves liaising with drivers, clients, and head office, ensuring work is distributed to staff and aligned with KPIs, and preparing briefing data. It offers part-time hours and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating service routes and briefing/debriefing drivers.
• Ability to support KPIs and real-time route processing.
• Strong communication with drivers, clients and head office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service routes and brief/debrief drivers to optimise delivery and customer service.
• Answer calls from drivers, clients and Head Office regarding site service.
• Act as a link between drivers and Operations & Service Manager.
• Distribute work to available staff and ensure timely completion per KPIs.
• Prepare data for briefing/debrief sessions for service drivers.
• Suggest improvements to ways of working and relay to Operations Centre Manager.
• Monitor service and delivery progress and resolve issues to improve customer service.
