Job summary

phs Group Ltd. is seeking an Operations Administrator in Bolton to support the Operations Centre by coordinating service routes and briefing drivers. You will act as a link between drivers and the Operations & Service Manager, ensuring duties are distributed to staff and completed on time according to KPIs.

The role involves handling calls from drivers and clients, processing data for briefings, and identifying improvements to service delivery while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for coordinating the service routes and briefing/debriefing drivers to enhance delivery and customer service within the Operations Centre.
• Answer calls from service drivers, clients and Head office regarding site service.
• Act as a link between the Service Drivers and the Operations & Service Manager.
• Ensure work is distributed to available staff, completed to KPIs, and processed within agreed time frames.
• Prepare data for and conduct briefing/debrief sessions for service drivers.
• Ensure completed routes/attendance are processed in real time and suggest improvements to the Operations Centre Manager.
