phs in Newark is seeking a dedicated Operations Co-ordinator to help run the Operations Centre, coordinating routes and briefing drivers to optimise delivery and customer service. You will act as the daily link between drivers and the Operations & Service Managers, ensuring smooth handovers and real-time data processing.

The role is permanent, Monday to Friday, with no weekends, 40 hours per week, and a salary of £26,514 per year (£12.75 per hour).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service routes and brief/debrief drivers to ensure delivery and customer service.
• Answer calls from service drivers, clients and head office about site service.
• Act as a link between Service Drivers and the Operations Manager & Service Manager.
• Distribute work to available staff and ensure KPIs are met on time.
• Prepare data for briefing/debriefing sessions for drivers.
• Ensure routes and attendance are processed in real time and suggest improvements.
• Monitor service and delivery progress and resolve issues to improve customer service.
