Job summary

phs is seeking an Operations Administrator in Newark to coordinate service routes and brief drivers, acting as a bridge between drivers and the Operations & Service Manager. The role focuses on maintaining smooth operations, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting KPI-driven processes.

The successful candidate will manage route planning, communications with drivers and head office, and real-time attendance and performance tracking, contributing to efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service routes and brief/debrief drivers to enhance delivery and customer service.

• Distribute work to available staff and ensure KPI-compliant performance within deadlines.
• Prepare data for briefing/debrief sessions for service drivers.
