Job summary

A financial planning firm in Durham is seeking an Office Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support, optimising the Partner's relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and strong skills in Microsoft packages. The position involves scheduling meetings, managing client data, and maintaining professional relationships within the team. This role is 34 hours per week.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an Office Administrative support role.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Comfortable with learning / using electronic (client) data systems.

Responsibilities

  • Organise and schedule meetings and appointments on behalf of Partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of archiving and filing.
  • Project a professional image and provide quality support.
