Job summary

Ontex in the United Kingdom invites applications for a part-time Customer Care Specialist (up to 20 hours/week) to support NHS home delivery contracts. You will handle phone-based customer service, activate orders, and liaise with warehouse and logistics to resolve issues.

The role requires at least 5 GCSEs including English and Maths, experience in call centres or customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (English Language and Maths) at minimum grade A-C.
• Experience in a call centre or phone-based customer service is desirable.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Teams & Outlook is essential.
• Familiarity with internal patient databases is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone-based customer support for NHS home delivery contracts.
• Activate patient orders in line with contract guidelines.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to resolve delivery issues.
• Investigate stock issues and communicate solutions to customers.
• Take sales over the phone for top-up products when appropriate.
• Meet internal and external KPIs and provide excellent service to stakeholders.
