Job summary

Tructyre Fleet Management Limited in Gateshead is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our busy Customer Experience Centre. You’ll handle inbound calls, schedule jobs with depots, generate invoices, and resolve queries with urgency and ownership.

This part-time role is 27 hours per week, spread across Saturday to Tuesday between 8am and 8pm, with a salary of £25,625 FTE. You’ll work across phone, email, and portals while meeting KPIs on accuracy and productivity.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Confident using computer systems (including Microsoft Excel).
• Experience handling high volumes of calls in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Taking inbound customer calls and creating work requests.
• Making outbound calls to depots to schedule jobs and provide updates.
• Producing invoices using our internal systems and customer platforms.
• Resolving queries and complaints with ownership and urgency.
• Communicating across phone, email, and customer portals.
• Meeting individual and team KPIs such as call handling, accuracy, and productivity.
