CareCo is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our Preston showroom. You will deliver exceptional customer service, build customer relationships, and identify upselling opportunities while guiding customers to the best product solutions.

You will demonstrate product use, including dismantling and lifting, and play a key role in hitting showroom targets. The role is part-time (25 hours per week) with a Monday–Sunday rota, 09:00–18:00, at our Preston Showroom.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills demonstrated through previous work experience.
• Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to adapt based on the individual.
• An empathetic, caring and patient approach.
• Computer/IT proficiency, with the ability to learn and master our computer order system.
• The ability to learn and retain key information across a large range of products.

Responsabilités

• Act as an ambassador for CareCo, providing the very best customer service at all times.
• Build a relationship with our customers to determine their specific needs.
• Identify opportunities for upselling while being mindful of our customer demographic.
• Demonstrate how to use our products, including dismantling and lifting.
