Job summary

poltronesofà is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Advisor in Watford. The role involves welcoming customers, helping them choose furniture, and delivering a high-quality shopping experience. It offers 20 hours per week across three days with a competitive hourly rate and uncapped commission potential.

You will support customers from inquiry to order, process finance applications, and strive to exceed sales targets while maintaining showroom standards and a friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work well in a team and hit personal sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and assist in choosing furniture.
• Process customer orders and finance applications accurately.
• Work toward individual sales goals while delivering excellent service.
• Contribute to a five-star customer experience with the team.
• Keep showrooms clean, tidy and well-presented.
• Ensure showroom environment is warm, friendly and safe for all.
