Job summary

CareCo is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor for our Leeds Showroom. You will welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable products while meeting showroom targets.

You will build rapport, demonstrate products, and upsell appropriately, supported by uncapped commission, showroom bonuses, and comprehensive training. A customer-first mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills evidenced by previous work experience.
• Excellent listening and communication skills, adaptable to individuals.
• Empathetic, caring and patient approach.
• Computer/IT proficiency with ability to learn our order system.
• Ability to learn and retain information about a wide range of products.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for CareCo, providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Build relationships with customers to determine their needs.
• Identify upsell opportunities while considering our customer demographics.
• Demonstrate product usage, including dismantling and lifting where appropriate.
