Job summary

Attenborough Surgery is seeking part-time Medical Receptionists to join our busy practice across multiple sites in Bushey. The role focuses on telephone work (approximately 95% of duties) with light admin related to calls.

Ideal candidates will have call centre experience and be able to work fixed shifts. General Practice Reception experience is an advantage, and training will be provided prior to starting.

Qualifications

• Call centre experience is advantageous.
• Commitment to a full two-week training programme will be required.

Responsibilities

• Role involves 95% phone work with a small amount of admin related to the calls taken.
• Shifts available at Holywell Branch, Carpenders Park Branch & Bushey Medical Centre; hours to be discussed at interview.
