Beechwood Medical Centre is seeking a part of the reception team to manage patient flow and administrative tasks in a busy General Practice. The role involves face-to-face interactions with patients, handling bookings and registrations, and supporting the Practice Operations Manager with daily duties.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy GP setting or primary care, though full training will be provided.
The post-holder will be working with the rest of the team at Beechwood Medical Centre. You will mainly be working on the reception desk dealing with patients face to face. The role is an afternoon and morning role and you will work alongside another team member who will be working on the reception desk with you. The hours are quite specific in order to cover the site for all of the hours we are open. If you have worked in general practice or primary care before that would be useful but it is not essential all of the training will be given.

You MUST be able to work these hours, although we will have a small degree of flexability.
