Job summary

The Coordinator will manage order fulfillment, inventory, and client service activities, serving as a key holder and taking on manager-on-duty duties when needed. A strong retail background and UK work eligibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Must currently be based in and hold authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.
• 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration and shipping.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house operations in a Tiffany store and act as manager on duty when a manager is unavailable.
• Drive sales by deepening client relationships and supporting store initiatives.
• Deliver memorable in-store experiences and embody the Tiffany brand.
• Provide exceptional operational support including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
