Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Manchester is seeking an Operations Coordinator for a 2.5-day schedule to lead back-of-house store operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and client service enhancements.

As a key holder, you will assist with opening/closing, partner with store leadership on initiatives, drive accuracy, and help achieve sales goals while upholding Tiffany standards of service.

Qualifications

• Based in the United Kingdom with work authorization.
• 2–3 years of retail operations experience including merchandising, client service, admin and shipping.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and replenishment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow internal control procedures.
• Provide exceptional client service and support store sales goals.
• Open and close the store when a manager is unavailable and assist in coaching team members.
