Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Coordinator (2.5-days) for a 6-month FTC at the Sloane store. The role leads back-of-house operations, supports the store leadership, and acts as a key holder when needed.

You will handle order fulfillment, inventory, client service activities, and may open/close the store. The position emphasizes sales support, guest experience, and operational excellence across daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Must currently be based in and authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.
• 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration and shipping.
• Strong Analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.

Responsibilities

• The Operations Coordinator takes the lead by performing all back of house operations in a Tiffany store. The Coordinator coordinates order fulfillment, manages inventory, coordinates client service activities, and may open and close the store.
• Sales: Deepen the relationship with our clients to drive lifetime loyalty and spend. Capture customer data during interactions and act as Guest Experience Manager, key holder, and carry out opening and closing procedures.
• Service: Elevate in store experience by delivering memorable moments, acting as a Tiffany brand ambassador and implementing TEI program behaviors.
• Operational Excellence: Provide exceptional operational support to drive sales and service. Execute daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and replenishment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coaching team members when acting as manager on duty.
