Job summary

Kent County Council's New Ash Green Library is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to provide friendly, efficient front-of-house service to the local community. You’ll be part of a welcoming team, greeting visitors and assisting with enquiries while supporting a range of library services during 15.5 hours per week, including weekends.

Prior library experience isn’t essential; what matters is a warm, outgoing manner, ability to engage with the public, and willingness to work across the Sevenoaks

• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable engaging with the public.
• Willing to work weekends and across locations in the Sevenoaks Library district.
