Job summary

The University of Chester's Learning and Information Services (LIS) team is seeking a part-time Customer Services Assistant based at the Queen's Park campus in Chester. You will support front-line service desks, handling telephone, email and chat requests while assisting with books and learning resources.

With A Level (or equivalent) and experience in customer service, you will work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week, including weekend and evening duties as required, and may travel to other

• Experience in a customer service environment.

• Support front-line service desks and multiple work streams (phone, email and chat).
• Deliver excellent customer service to students, staff and external visitors to support teaching, learning and administrative functions.
