Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group seeks a Learning Support Assistant to join the Structural Technologies Department at Slough and Langley campuses on a part-time, term-time basis. You will support classes, small groups, or individuals in line with EHCPs and college policies, helping students access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals.

The role requires Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE A-C) and experience supporting learners with difficulties.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualifications (GCSE A-C or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
• Experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, delivery and evaluation of learning activities.
• Support assignments, exam preparation and development of English, maths and ICT skills.
• Monitor student behaviour and maintain confidential records.
• Adapt learning materials and support use of specialist equipment.
