Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join the Structural Technologies Department at Slough and Langley campuses. The role is part time, term time only, 30 hours per week over 37 term-time weeks with a pro-rata salary on Scale G from £17,161.78 to £22,662.10 (FTE £25,483–£27,284).

The successful candidate will support students to access the curriculum, assist with learning activities, and comply with safeguarding and policy requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and proactive approach.
• Experience supporting learners and individuals with needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate learning activities for learners.
• Support whole classes, groups, or individuals per EHCPs.
• Monitor behaviour and maintain confidential records.
• Adapt learning materials and assist with specialist equipment.
• Work across departments or remotely if needed.
