Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for the Structural Technologies Department at Slough and Langley campuses. The role is part-time, term-time only, 30 hours per week across 37 weeks per year.

You will assist in planning, delivery, and evaluation of learning activities, support EHCPs, and help students progress in English, maths and ICT. Requires GCSE English and Maths, and experience with learning difficulties.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualifications (GCSE A–C or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
• Experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties (Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia).

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, delivery, and evaluation of learning activities.
• Help students overcome physical, emotional, or learning barriers.
• Assist with assignments, exam preparation, and development of English, maths and ICT skills.
• Monitor student behaviour and maintain confidential records.
• Adapt learning materials and support use of specialist equipment.
