Job summary

TEC Partnership is seeking a dedicated Learner Services Advisor for Skegness College. In this part-time role (18.5 hours/week, permanent), you will provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to learners, parents, curriculum staff and external stakeholders, guiding the learner journey from enquiry to progression.

You will manage applications, interviews, enrolment, bursary and transport processes, attendance monitoring, and communications with parents.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above, plus a Level 2 qualification in Business Administration.
• Experience in an office or front-line administrative role is required.
• Ability to analyse data, meet deadlines and use initiative to support a wide range of administrative activities.

Responsibilities

• Support applications, interviews, enrolment, bursary and transport processes.
• Monitor attendance and communicate with parents and learners.
• Maintain accurate learner records and respond to enquiries; produce reports.
