Job summary

Aspire Housing is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join the People Services team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This part-time role is 28 hours per week, with flexible working days and some travel to Newcastle-under-Lyme.

You will coordinate mandatory training, maintain learning records and compliance reporting, administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and support onboarding and development activities. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training activities and events.
• Experience in Learning & Development, HR or training administration.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (incl. Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mandatory training and maintain learning records.
• Administer the LMS and support onboarding and development activities.
• Deliver learning initiatives aligned with the People Strategy.
• Provide excellent customer service and data reporting.
