Job summary

Housing Solutions is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join the People Services Team. You will provide high-quality administration, coordination and support for learning initiatives across the organisation.

Key duties include managing training requests, coordinating courses, maintaining HR learning records and supporting e-learning and evaluations. A proactive, organised approach and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience with strong organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage workload effectively in a team.
• Customer service experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training requests and learning queries.
• Help organise internal and external training courses and bookings.
• Maintain accurate HR and learning records in the system.
• Support e-learning, evaluations and performance management processes.
