Job summary

3S Money is seeking a mid-level IT Assistant in London to keep our computer systems, software, and network infrastructure running smoothly in a hybrid setup with up to 2 remote days weekly. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, assist employees, manage user accounts, configure devices, and support day-to-day IT operations while collaborating with the wider IT team to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, MS 365 Admin, MS Office).
• Familiar with Atlassian and Apple device management solutions such as Kandji or Jamf.
• Experienced in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Confident in testing tasks, identifying bugs, and following established procedures for reporting and escalation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage IT-related tasks independently.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• IT Support & Troubleshooting: Handle a wide variety of user requests, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help employees resolve both IT-related and general office-related questions.
• User & Access Management: Manage user accounts, onboarding and offboarding, mailbox access, and permissions across cloud-based services and internal systems.
• Device Management: Manage and support Apple and Windows devices, including device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Office IT Support: Set up workstations, coordinate the ordering of new equipment, and provide on-site IT support to employees in our Riga office.
• IT Support Queue Management: Manage and prioritize support requests through Atlassian, ensuring issues are handled efficiently and escalated when necessary.
• Testing & Bug Management: Independently test tasks and bugs, identify issues, and create or elevate bug reports in accordance with established procedures.
• IT Projects & Process Improvements: Participate in small IT projects, take ownership of assigned tasks, and proactively identify opportunities to improve existing workflows and processes.
