Sawtry Junior Academy seeks an Inclusion Manager to lead inclusive practice and day-to-day inclusion provision. You will create a safe, calm, and supportive learning environment, guiding pupils with tailored pathways and academic support.

Role focuses on adapting lessons for small groups, managing challenging behaviours, and promoting a positive, nurturing school ethos across the Meridian Trust community.

• Experience of working with young people in an advisory capacity.
• High level of personal organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the inclusion provision and provide academic support and appropriate pathways for children.
• Adapt and deliver curriculum lessons and activities to small groups of pupils in provision.
• Be responsive to challenging behaviours and provide support and guidance.
• Promote and secure a positive learning environment for all students.
• Maintain a nurturing, calm space to support social, emotional and mental health needs.
