Job summary

Redhill Academy Trust is seeking an Inclusion Manager to co-lead our Student Support Centre, supporting students with behavioural and social needs. You will shape interventions, lead a team of support staff, and work with families and teachers to create an inclusive environment.

Based at Brookfield Community School, the role emphasizes trauma-informed practice, equity, and collaboration with the SLT. This part-time post offers professional growth and close ties to the Redhill Teaching Hub.

Qualifications

• Experience in inclusion, SEND, or pastoral leadership within a secondary setting.
• Strong behaviour management, safeguarding and trauma-informed practice.
• Clear communicator and collaborative leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and day-to-day operations of the Student Support Centre.
• Manage a team of support staff and behavioural assistants.
• Design and implement targeted interventions for students with behavioural, emotional, or social needs.
• Work closely with the Senior Leadership team, teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external agencies to ensure joined-up support.
• Champion inclusive practices and restorative approaches across the school.
• Monitor impact and outcomes, using data to drive continuous improvement.
