Job summary

Tudor Grange Academy Worcester is seeking a dedicated Inclusion Manager to lead our inclusion, intervention and SEND provision strategies. You will work with SLT, SENDCo and pastoral teams to support vulnerable students, reduce exclusions, and foster an inclusive, trauma-informed learning environment.

You will oversee internal inclusion/reflection provision, manage response, de-escalation strategies, and engage proactively with parents, carers and external agencies to ensure holistic student

Qualifications

• Experience leading inclusion, intervention and SEND provision within a school setting.
• Ability to work with SLT, SENDCo and pastoral teams to support vulnerable students.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and ability to engage with families and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day inclusion and student support systems in school.
• Lead on behaviour support, crisis de-escalation, and restorative practices.
• Utilise tracking data to identify at-risk students and implement early interventions.
• Coordinate multi-agency engagement with parents, social services and external providers.
• Act as a point of contact for safeguarding in collaboration with the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
