Job summary

C2 Recruitment Ltd is looking for an HR Business Partner focused on HR systems and projects. The role combines hands-on HR systems development with generalist HR partnering and project delivery across a multi-site retail business.

You will improve HR systems, streamline processes and provide trusted advice to managers and senior leaders. Strong CIPD background and UK employment law knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a HR Partner/HR Manager or similar senior advisory role.
• Hands-on experience with iTrent or comparable HRIS including configuration.
• Experience with system upgrades, testing & troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of HR data, reporting & data integrity.
• Experience delivering HR systems or process improvement projects.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own development, configuration, maintenance and optimisation of the HRIS (iTrent or similar).
• Support system upgrades, testing, implementation and troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve employee/manager experience.
• Maintain accurate HR data and develop meaningful reports & MI.
• Support HR/payroll integrations with other systems.
• Provide expert HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage complex ER cases and support managers with decisions.
• Lead HR projects on change, policy development and process improvement.
• Support workforce planning, talent management and wellbeing initiatives.
• Collaborate with external payroll provider for accurate payroll processing.
• Coach and train managers on HR policies and systems.
