Job summary

Ingenium Search is seeking a part-time People Partner to support a busy business across multiple sites. You’ll work closely with managers and employees to provide practical HR guidance and ensure consistent HR practices across teams.

The role covers employee relations, performance management, recruitment support, workforce planning and organisational change. You'll be on-site two days per week with flexible arrangements to fit workload and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor
• Strong strategic HR partnering capability
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• CIPD qualification desirable

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers across sites to provide day-to-day HR support and advice.
• Advise on employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance issues.
• Coach and guide managers on policies, procedures and best practice.
• Assist with recruitment activities, workforce planning and onboarding of new employees.
• Help drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives across sites.
• Support performance management processes and employee development discussions.
• Assist with organisational changes, restructures and change projects.
• Use people data and insights to support decision-making and identify trends.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently and in line with legislation.
• Build positive working relationships with stakeholders across the business.
