Retail Human Resources plc is seeking an HR Business Partner to support store teams across Greater London and surrounding areas. You will work with senior leaders to deliver a proactive HR service, focusing on recruitment for new stores and employee relations.

This field-based role involves three days visiting stores and two days in the office. CIPD-qualified candidates with at least three years' generalist HR experience in retail are encouraged to apply.

Qualifikationen

• Three years' generalist HR experience.
• CIPD-qualified or equivalent HR professional.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment to support new store openings.
• Oversee employee relations matters and advise on employment law and HR policies.
• Coach managers on performance management and people development.
• Conduct training needs analyses and develop training programmes.
• Support organisational change and build relationships across the retail estate.
• Regular store visits to engage with teams and managers.
