Ranson Barnes Recruitment Ltd is supporting a confidential client in recruiting a Human Resources Manager (part-time) to own the HR function. You will shape policies, support managers, and develop employees across a 60-person organisation while ensuring legal compliance.

You will lead end-to-end HR activities—from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding—working closely with management and Finance on payroll, benefits and change initiatives.

Formación

• CIPD Level 5 qualification required, Level 7 desirable.
• Generalist HR experience with broad responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
• Experience leading change management initiatives.
• Ability to coach and support managers and staff on HR matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, review and maintain HR policies and procedures to stay compliant.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and documentation for new starters.
• Advise managers on employee relations to resolve issues fairly.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits changes with Finance.
• Oversee performance management and employee development.
• Coordinate and deliver learning and development activities.
• Manage employee lifecycle changes and documentation, maintaining confidentiality.
• Support organisational change initiatives and process improvements.
• Provide general HR support and guidance across the business.
