Job summary

Heatrod Elements in Greater Manchester is seeking an experienced HR Manager to deliver a professional HR service across the business. You will provide operational HR support, ensure statutory compliance, and partner with the Group HR Manager.

This on-site, part-time role (24-26 hours a week) covers HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, engagement and change management across multiple sites. CIPD Level 5 and UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold CIPD Level 5 qualification (minimum).
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel between sites (occasional).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional HR service across the business in line with UK employment legislation and company policies.
• Provide operational HR support and sustain accurate HR records and reporting.
• Coach and support managers on people management matters including disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues.
• Manage recruitment activities and onboarding processes across sites.
• Identify learning and development needs and coordinate development initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes.
• Ensure HR compliance, audits, and changes are implemented across the group.
