Backer Heatrod Limited in Greater Manchester is seeking an HR Manager to deliver a professional HR service across the business, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and company policies, supported by the Group HR Manager. This part-time, permanent role will manage HR operations, employee relations, recruitment and development across multiple sites, while driving change and engagement.

You will join the leadership team, coach managers, and maintain confidential HR records, with on-site work

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification (minimum).
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel between sites (occasional).

Responsabilités

• HR Operations: ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, best practice and company policies.
• Employee Relations: coach managers on discipline, grievances, capability and attendance matters.
• Recruitment and Resourcing: manage recruitment and onboarding across sites.
• Learning and Development: identify training needs and coordinate development initiatives.
• Employee Engagement and Wellbeing: drive engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs.
• HR Compliance: monitor HR metrics and maintain accurate records and policies.
• Change Management: support restructures, consultations, and transformation projects.
