Job summary

Heatrod Elements Ltd in Bolton seeks a proactive HR Manager to deliver a professional HR service across the business, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies under the Group HR Manager.

You will lead HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, engagement and change management across multiple sites, supporting a workforce in a manufacturing environment. On-site role with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor with multi-site exposure.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and GDPR.
• Ability to lead complex employee relations cases and change projects.
• Experience supporting manufacturing/engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an on-site HR service across the business with UK compliance.
• Oversee HR operations, records, reporting and audits.
• Coach managers on discipline, grievances, absence, and performance.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Support engagement and wellbeing programmes.
