Pure Resourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a fast paced, well established organisation near Southend. The role supports managers with a wide range of people matters and contributes to a high-performing workforce.

You will deliver high quality HR support and solutions, advise line managers on ER, manage employee relations cases, review policies, and drive engagement, onboarding, recruitment, payroll and H&S compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR Advisor role with exposure to employee relations (ER).
• Strong understanding of up-to-date UK employment law and best practices.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.

Responsabilités

• Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance to employees, managers and HR colleagues.
• Advise and coach line managers on HR topics including ER, and deliver training.
• Support and manage a range of employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters.
• Review and update HR policies in line with current legislation and best practice.
• Work with data and metrics to understand and provide insight; prepare HR documentation and onboarding processes.
• Contribute to onboarding processes and the delivery of HR metrics and reporting.
• Support recruitment and payroll activities; assist with office facilities coordination and workplace H&S compliance.
