Job summary

Domino Printing Sciences is seeking a part-time HR Advisor for our Cambridge site. You will be the first point of contact for HR matters, providing proactive support to managers and employees. The role is 25 hours per week with flexible patterns to suit business needs and work-life balance.

You will partner with people managers, advise on employment law, analyse data, and support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience and consistent policy application across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ability to provide practical HR advice.
• Experience in a generalist HR role across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven ability to build credible relationships and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with people managers and deliver practical HR support to ensure policy consistency.
• Provide expert advice on employment law and employee relations matters for informed decisions.
• Analyse people data and trends with HR Business Partners to support initiatives.
• Support attraction, recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Collaborate with UK and Global HR to deliver people initiatives and align priorities.
