Recruit CRM is seeking a part-time HR Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing business on a fixed-term contract until April 2027. The role focuses on supporting managers, driving compliance and improving employee engagement in a busy operational environment.

The candidate will handle employee relations, GDPR-compliant record-keeping and data reporting, while coaching line managers and contributing to payroll support as needed.

Formación

• Experience applying HR policies and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and compliance requirements.
• Ability to prepare accurate HR reports and maintain records.
• Experience coaching managers on people-related matters.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance to managers on HR policies and employment law.
• Manage employee relations cases from investigation to resolution.
• Conduct HR compliance audits and maintain GDPR-aligned records.
• Design and deliver training to support line manager development.
• Monitor training completion and employee engagement activities.
• Generate HR reports on absence, turnover, and training metrics.
• Support payroll and supply accurate HR data to finance.
