Domino Printing Sciences is seeking a part-time HR Advisor to join our Cambridge site. You will be the first point of contact for HR matters, providing proactive support to managers and employees.

Working 25 hours weekly with flexible scheduling, you will apply policies, advise on employment law, support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, and help foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and practical HR advice.
• Generalist HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and exercise sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide coaching and practical HR support.
• Advise on employment law and employee relations to support decisions.
• Analyze people data to identify trends and opportunities with HRBP collaboration.
• Support attraction, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Collaborate with UK and Global HR to deliver people initiatives and projects.
