Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a part-time HR Advisor to join our team in Chippenham.

You will partner with line managers and staff to deliver timely advisory support across employee relations, people development and policy implementation, Tuesday to Thursday 09:00–17:00. Key requirements include CIPD qualification or studying towards, willingness to undertake security clearance (BPSS/DBS), and an undergraduate degree (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to line managers on employee relations and performance management.
• Build effective relationships with managers and colleagues to promote best practice.
• Enable local line managers to foster an inclusive environment recognizing contributions to business success.
• Ensure activities add value to the site people plan and HR strategy.
• Provide quality consultancy on employee relations and dispute resolution.
