Together Housing Group is seeking a Housing Officer to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused housing management service across sheltered and supported schemes. You’ll handle lettings, allocations, tenancy matters, repairs, compliance, service charges and resident engagement.

You will work with residents, care providers and partners to ensure services are joined up and responsive to residents’ needs, including new developments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering housing management services including lettings, allocations, voids and tenancy management.
• Experience working in supported or sheltered housing with understanding of residents’ needs.
• Experience dealing with tenancy breaches, antisocial behaviour and safeguarding.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a customer-focused housing management service across sheltered and supported housing schemes.
• Coordinate nominations, assessments and allocations with care providers and commissioners.
• Undertake accompany viewings and tenancy sign-ups within agreed timescales.
• Support new developments by coordinating enquiries, nominations, allocations and lettings.
• Carry out scheme inspections and health and safety checks to ensure a safe environment.
• Maintain tenancy records and contribute to reports and correspondence.
• Work with internal and external partners to deliver joined-up services.
