Job summary

Sanctuary Scotland Housing Association Limited in Glasgow is seeking a Part Time Assistant Housing Officer to support delivering a high-quality housing service aligned with our business plan. You will join a small team, receive training, and help with administrative duties to ensure excellent customer service and smooth tenancy processes.

Qualifications

• Literacy and numeracy equivalent to Scottish National 5.
• SVQ2 in relevant area or equivalent.
• Some experience delivering tenancy services.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and good practice.
• Experience analysing problems and implementing solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Process Housing Applications.
• Provide information to applicants on rehousing.
• Process invoices and purchase orders.
• Provide front-line service to customers at local office.
• Work with housing officers on tenancy changes.
