Job summary

HOME GROUP is seeking a motivated team member to support customers in maintaining safe, well-kept homes and managing tenancy and rent accounts. You will assist with housing benefit claims and work to maximise occupancy by turning around vacant spaces quickly.

The role involves conducting safety checks, updating records, arranging payments for works, and collaborating with colleagues and external partners to deliver high-quality housing management services.

Qualifications

• Background in property management or compliance and health and safety checks.
• Can-do attitude, proactive and well-organised, able to work on own initiative.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and helping customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Support customers to ensure their homes are safe and well maintained.
• Help customers with housing benefit claims and manage rent accounts.
• Turn around vacant rooms/bed spaces to maximise occupancy within set timescales.
• Carry out routine safety and compliance checks in buildings and communities.
